 Somebody told me I was supposed to scale the MHz values because the
 processor has a 533 MHz FSB and the code is expecting 400 MHz.  Is
 this incorrect, or something that changed since 3.0?
 
 I'll try to get -current up and running, but it may have to wait til
 the weekend since this is a work laptop.
