All of your patches went into the tcpdump.org sources and are
present in 0.9.4. Except that little signed integer bitshift
portability thing.
The patches are also present in the NetBSD tree (which is
at 0.8.3). Partly they were already in the original
distribution, the rest has been applied later.
(Except the bitshift thing again.)
So we are not much different from tcpdump.org in this respect.
(There are lots of other differences - cleanup, const,
format strings etc.)

Afaict they were committed. (Except the bitshift.)
