 This is entirely unrelated.
 
 Please have a look at /usr/share/wscons/keymaps/, there is some russian
 keymap in there - if that is not what you like, please use it as a start
 to create your own. If that works out, you might consider sending your
 new map as a "change request" via send-pr.
 
 Is a pure userland solution ok for you? If so, I would close this PR.
