System: NetBSD low.tworoads.net 3.0_RC4 NetBSD 3.0_RC4 (ARAGON.MPACPI) #1: Tue Nov 29 18:55:10 PST 2005 root@low.tworoads.net:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/ARAGON.MPACPI i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386

>Description:

When building a GENERIC.MPACPI kernel, the ACPI based pckb (PS/2)
attachment does not yeild a functioning port. Both the keyboard and mouse
are unresponsive after boot. Tried booting with keyboard unplugged (after
POST) attaching after boot, tried also repeated unplug and plugging in.

ehci is not configured for attachment in this kernel.

There is one BIOS control to turn off legacy PS/2 mouse support, but doing
that disabled the PS/2 mouse via isa attachment.
