This seems to be a problem with your build environment. Most likely you
have something in /etc/mk.conf that is only for pkgsrc.
Please add your /etc/mk.conf settings under ".ifdef BSD_PKG_MK"/".endif"
and try to build again.
If that does not work, please provide us with more information, like
how are you building the kernel and the full contents of /etc/mk.conf.
