>Description:
The Ctrl-Alt-Del-key-sequence issued at the console should be possible
	to initiate a reboot.
(In X-Windows it should be left to X. Icewm for example uses this for
	itself.)
Some users regard this as a security problem. So it should be disabled
by default. But it should be possible to enable it by some sysctl
	parameter.
>How-To-Repeat:
	switch to console: Ctrl-Alt-F1
	Ctrl-Alt-Del
