System: NetBSD lain.ziaspace.com 2.0_STABLE NetBSD 2.0_STABLE (LAIN-$Revision: 2.0.2.1 $) #0: Wed May 25 13:27:56 PDT 2005 john@lain.ziaspace.com:/usr/src/sys/arch/macppc/compile/LAIN macppc
Architecture: powerpc
Machine: macppc
>Description:

When using ntpdate and ntpd, making connections to systems which have IPv6 addresses does not failover to IPv4 when there is no default IPv6 route.
>How-To-Repeat:

On a system without IPv6 connectivity, try ntpdate -v lain.ziaspace.com and watch it try to connect to the IPv6 address and not try the IPv4 address.
