NetBSD 3.99.3 NetBSD 3.99.3 (GENERIC) #1: Sun Apr 24 12:21:32 CST 2005 wulf@husky:/usr/src/newobj/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
>Description:
Above kernel outputs the following error message

Jul 7 22:09:58 /netbsd: uhci0: host controller process error
Jul 7 22:09:58 /netbsd: uhci0: host controller halted

causing kermit connected to a Targus USB to serial adapter via /dev/ttyU0 to hang forcing me to reboot the system as no recovery from this appears possible otherwise.

Below is the boot message output of the kernel:

I've tried enabling the PCI Interrupt Fixup options but had problems operating the bce0 ethernet interface causing the system to hang immediately.

This system is a Dell Inspiron 9300.
>How-To-Repeat:
Try running a Targus PA088 USB 2 RS232 adapter on a recent kernel, such as the one shown above, on a Dell 9300?
