 	Hello,

I just had a similar panic under NetBSD 3.0_BETA:

 panic: blkfree: bad size

 #0 0xc053e000 in ?? ()
 #1 0xc02d264a in cpu_reboot ()
 #2 0xc025e180 in panic ()
 #3 0xc01e31af in ffs_blkfree ()
 #4 0xc01eab97 in ffs_indirtrunc ()
 #5 0xc01e9c7c in ffs_truncate ()
 #6 0xc028f8d5 in VOP_TRUNCATE ()
 #7 0xc0202537 in ufs_inactive ()
 #8 0xc028f5a5 in VOP_INACTIVE ()
 #9 0xc028403c in vclean ()
 #10 0xc02844d2 in vgonel ()
 #11 0xc0283f83 in vflush ()
 #12 0xc01fdb35 in ffs_flushfiles ()
 #13 0xc01fd8cb in ffs_unmount ()
 #14 0xc0287309 in dounmount ()
 #15 0xc028569c in vfs_unmountall ()
 #16 0xc0285773 in vfs_shutdown ()
 #17 0xc02d265e in cpu_reboot ()
 #18 0xc0257d56 in sys_reboot ()
 #19 0xc02da64e in syscall_plain ()

There was however no NFS traffic happening at that point of time. The
machine was unmounting the filesystems to reboot. I've got a crash
dump if somebody wants to take a look.

 	Kind regards
