Alas there is no bluetooth software as yet, so use of the bt3c device is 
limited to testing, for which I wrote a simple program to send and receive 
packets (must manually assemble them before compilation) to make sure all 
was working ok.

In fact, the bthci device is a character device though it should really be 
sockets based and I would like to look at that but I fear it will not be 
soon as I have been busy with other things.  There has been some work in 
OpenBSD wrt removing the NetGraph dependence from the FreeBSD bluetooth 
stack but I havent looked at that lately.
