	pax, either as pax or as tar, fails on quagga-0.98.2.tar.gz, as
	found on the distribution site for Quagga.

	It happens in all versions of pax I could test: 1.6, 2.0 and
	-current.

	It seems it fails on the last file, redhat/quagga.spec.
