 Hi!

All NetBSD-current systems mentioned in this PR have been upgraded to
2.99.1x (exact version depends on system). This PR has been tested at
various stages of those upgrades, and no change was observed until
 this Monday.

On 20050131, gw2 (as mentioned in the original PR) was upgraded
(previous upgrade was in late November, 2004), after which traffic
through it started to flow properly, ie. my IPSEC-connection works
again. Problems mentioned in both kern/25087 (NAT in use in gw2) and
kern/26529 (this PR, same as 25087 but without NAT in gw2) seem to
 have gone away.

gw2 had an uptime of ~70 days due to testing of two VM-related patches.
During that time, quite a few changes have been made that could affect
this PR, including changes in checksum logic and disabling of OOW checks
in ipfilter. Therefore, I can not say what exactly has fixed the problem,
but since last of January I have not been able to reproduce the problem.

 Thanks!

 Artsi
