Rev 1.63 of gzip.c fixes gunzip so that
$ gunzip xxx.tgz
generates xxx.tar, matching the behaviour of the GNU gunzip.

There are quite a few other changes, including fixing some fd leaks
and implementation of '-S .xyz'.
