>Description:
	ftp(1) does not have support to resume transfer files, via
	command line, you have to do this interactively, that would
	be nice if a new flag is added, for example -c (continue),
	and this will be really useful for pkgsrc in the future, to
	resume transfers without having to fetch the whole file again.
