>Description:
NetBSD does not have a monetary.h file in its distribution. This file is part of the
posix standard. It contains only one function, strfmon.

FreeBSD has monetary.h and an implementation of strfmon which can
probably be ported extremely easily to NetBSD.

Just logging this in gnats for reference.
>How-To-Repeat:
Inspect /usr/include on NetBSD
>Fix:
Inspect FreeBSD's /usr/include/monetary.h and implementation in lib/stdlib/strfmon.c
