NetBSD boris 1.6ZK NetBSD 1.6ZK (GENERIC.MPDEBUG) #0: Thu Mar 4 02:13:15 EST 2004 matt@boris:/usr/src/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC.MPDEBUG i386
>Description:
I'm using a GENERIC.MP or GENERIC.MPDEBUG kernel with ieee1394 and sbp2 support. When attaching an external firewire disk to the system, the kernel will deadlock (no panic). Unfortunately I don't have the backtrace available currently, but this should be easily repeatable on any 1394/smp i386 system.

Note: To get the firewire disk to initially attach the patch from kern/21099 was used.
>How-To-Repeat:
Boot with a firewire disk attached to an i386 multiprocessor system.
