>Description:

Jabber is an open XML protocol for real-time exchange of messages and
presence notification between any two points on the Internet. The first
application of Jabber technology is an asynchronous, extensible instant
messaging platform, and an IM network that offers functionality similar
to legacy IM systems such as AIM, ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo.

The chat/jabberd xtraeme@ wrote was not working. It was trying to use
devel/pth buildlink (so, as of today, it was using pth2.0) : pth 2.0
+ jabberd 1.4.3 does *not* work. I reverted the package to 1.4.2, and i
use a patch that makes it compile with the shipped 1.4.0 pth (pth 1.4.1
doesn't work with jabberd 1.4.2, only pth 1.4.0).

The package was tested for a week with the other packages i submmited
(chat/jabberd-msn, chat/jabberd-aim)
