kth-krb4 installs bin/ftp which overwrites the ftp installed as part
of bootstrap-pkgsrc. oops.

install kth-krb4.

Copy the Heimdal renaming stuff out of the heimdal package, use k4
as a prefix instead of k to differentiate so heimdal & kth-krb4 don't
conflict.
