>Description:
wm/icewm builds fine, but when launching it, it fails with an error message
about iconv and unicode. If LC_ALL is set, then it starts, but there is no text
at all (dots instead of menu items).
>How-To-Repeat:
install wm/icewm and launch it.
>Fix:
I've managed to make it work by commenting the option about utf32 in
wm/icewm/Makefile.common, but this may not be the best solution.
