On mail-index all E-Mail addresses are fully shown. To reduce spam received on the address used for the mailing lists they should be displayed truncated, as seen on e. g. YahooGroups. This should probably also include the display of the PR database.

To keep the people reachable for vaild mails the addresses can be linked to a script which allows to send mail without displaying the full address in the HTML.

BTW: I would have put this PR in the admin category, but it was not offered by the web-send-PR.
