>Description:

-current's changes between Sat Nov 1 09:43:05 MET 2003 and Sun Nov 2
23:06:35 MET 2003 stop booting on my ipx (sun4c) and my sparcbook
(sun4m) with:

Nov 2 22:26:34 init: /bin/sh on /etc/rc terminated abnormally, going to single user mode
Enter pathname of shell or RETURN for /bin/sh:

Entering '/resue/sh' leads at least to a shell prompt...

Other available platforms (i386, sparc64) seem to work fine with
kernels and userland compiled from same source, so I guess it's a
sparc specific problem.

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to boot a recent -current kernel (sources newer than Sun
	Nov 2 23:06:35 MET 2003) on a ipx (sun4c) or sparcbook (sun4m)
and see how it fails to start rc's /bin/sh
>Fix:
	Unknown.
