Install pkgsrc/www/squidGuard and notice there is a squidguard
directory under /.

# cd pkgsrc/www/squidGuard
# make show-vars VARNAMES=PKG_SYSCONFDIR.squidguard

Either define PKG_SYSCONFDIR.squidguard or s/.squidguard//.
