>Description:
Some days ago, I updated from 1.6U to 1.6Z (when the signal changes
were added). pkgsrc/misc/dnetc stopped working (i.e., you hit CTRL+C
to stop it and it dumps core). This package installs a pre-built
binary program that traps SIGINT to shutdown the program properly.
I was pointed to enable COMPAT_16 in the kernel, and it effectively
	fixed the problem.

But, after I updated to 1.6ZA and 1.6ZB later, the problem has
reappeared. I can only think of a COMPAT_16 problem, because nothing
	else has changed.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Install pkgsrc/misc/dnetc on a 1.6ZA or 1.6ZB system.
	Start dnetc.
	Let it start processing information.
	Hit CTRL+C.
	See how it dumps core.
