>Description:
I'm using pkgsrc-current (2003-08-09 11:00am).
In the toplevel directory 'make index' works fine.
'make readme-all', however, results in this error:

Processing categories for README-all.html:.
cannot open README-all.html.new: no such file
*** Error code 2

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc-current
*** Error code 1

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc-current

>How-To-Repeat:
Simply type 'make readme-all' in the toplevel directory of pkgsrc-current.
