>Description:
	As part of correcting outdated license texts in the NetBSD source
	tree, I have made contact with authors whose copyrights are
	associated with required license texts, asking them if they are
	willing to allow such licenses to have the advertising clauses
	removed.

	Jason Downs has kindly consented to allow all code in the NetBSD
	source tree under his copyright to be relicensed to a 2-clause
	BSD-style license. Documentation of this will be sent to the PR
	once opened.
