>Description:
As part of correcting outdated license texts in the NetBSD source
tree, I have made contact with authors whose copyrights are
associated with required license texts, asking them if they are
willing to allow such licenses to have the advertising clauses
	removed.

Theo de Raadt has relicensed all of the files under his copyright
in the OpenBSD source tree to a 2-clause BSD license. Private
discussion with him indicates that he considers this relicensing to
be retroactively applicable (in that one can trivially re-derive a
file by applying patches (reverse and forward) from the various CVS
trees to regenerate a file that legitimately has the new copyright
and license constraints, which he considers to be an equivalent
	operation.

Therefore, I have applied the same license changes to the relevant
files in the NetBSD source tree, to produce the diff.
