Yes: some of the prose sections no longer quite match the actions.
Unfortunately it needs someone you doesn't actually know what it
gojng on to realise they are in need of improvement.

Maybe that section should just talk about selecting the console device!
This is the code for booting netbsd, not the system (you already changed
that in the mbr editor).

Definitely needs changing!
The first option used to give you some fixed sizes without any scope
for customising them (execpt by hand editing the label - which is a bit
easier than it used to be).  The first option now lets you split up
the netbsd partition into chunks with default sizes for the chunks.

Maybe a check that the root fs is at the start of the netbsd part of the
disk is in order.
However it isn't absolutely required for a working netbsd system.
