>Description:
5 packages for crossdevelopment the 8-bit micro controller AVR.
The avrdude package is a program for in-system-programming the AVR,
there are two ways to do that, serial or via parallel port. I have
disable the possibility to use the parallel port (via the patches)
as I don't have any programmer for parallel port and
don't know how to port FreeBSD's PPI(parallel port interface?) to
NetBSD's simularity. Maybe this package should be looked more deeply
into before commiting, but it's working perfect with the serial port
so I think it can be useful for many people.
All packages are taken from FreeBSD's ports source and modified to
fit NetBSD, beware it's my first attempt to make a packages for NetBSD
I hade to add some patches to avr-libc to make it generate the
documentation properly, maybe everything insn't perfect but it's a
start. The dependancy is made for the packages to go into devel, maybe the new category cross should be a more appropriate place?

The source for the packages could be obtained from:
