>Description:
	The p5-XML-LibXML package fails to detect the libxml2 library during
	its configuration stage, so it breaks and cannot be installed.

	Trying to update the package to 1.54 I found that it has a better
	detection of the library (so it might be worth updating the package
	during fixing it), but it fails with the same error.
