The gkermit package will not install due to a checksum mismatch on the tar.gz
source distribution.  It looks like all versions of gkermit share the same
tar filename and so whenever a new version is released, the checksums change.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/comms/gkermit; make all

Update the checksum in pkgsrc or ask the gkermit maintainer to use versioned
filenames.
