that's really a bad advice since you would damage installed SDL_net
package.

 i see where the problem is, since you have SDL_net installed and
configure process of p5-SDL found it and want to link but buldlink
prevents it from linking since there is no SDL_net library in
${WRKDIR}/.buildlink/lib

i guess we should really just add the dependency on SDL_net and extend
p5-SDL capabilities than prevent it from looking for SDL_net.
