Changes from 4Suite 0.11.1 and 0.12.0<
Unfortunately, again there were many core stuctural changes between these two releases.  You will want to remove your old installation,
including binary files, and installed python files.
- Combined Packages - Probably the largest change is what used to be refered to as 4Suite Server is no included in the package called 4Suite.
- Consolidated installation directies - Now, all files (including data and executable scripts) are installed under the Ft directory.
- cDomlette - is no much more stable and support mutation interfaces.  It is the prefered domlette in the entire 4Suite architecture
- Many other bug fixes and optimizations
