>Description:
	xpm gets flagged for a rebuild, but the rebuild fails.

	Some logic was recently added to xpm's Makefile to avoid a
	build of xpm if it looked like xpm was already included in the
	base X11 distribution. The problem is that this logic
	misidentifies pkgsrc xpm installations and mistakenly avoids
	rebuilding xpm.

>How-To-Repeat:

	$ lintpkgsrc -i
	Scanning pkgsrc Makefiles: 3707 packages
        ...
	Version mismatch: 'xpm' 3.4k vs 3.4knb1

	$ pkg_chk -k -u -s
	...
	cd /usr/pkgsrc/graphics/xpm && make update
	===> xpm-3.4knb1 is part of your X11 distribution
	...
        Failed: xpm-3.4knb1
