Changed the devel/boehm-gc pkg to also install the shared libs and the gc_backptr.h header.
Switched to configure for that, but the NetBSD pkg specific libleak.a will still be installed.
(Though it's IMHO unneeded, because leak detection mode can be initiated at run-time.)
Bumped PKGREVISION to 1, because of the shared libs.

The shared libs are needed for my upcoming mono pkg.
