scc(4) manual page in section FILES tells that device files
corresponding to serial ports are /dev/ttya, /dev/ttyb and so on.
But on my DEC 3000 - M600, those files are /dev/ttyB0 and /dev/ttyB1.
/dev/ttyB1 is the console (MMJ connector), /dev/ttyB0 is probably the
25-pin serial port (I haven't tried this).
