The sysutils/cdbkup package insists to use GNU Tar to configure
properly. It will not work with our "pax as tar" program because
it uses some options that we do not provide.
One of this options is -G, --incremental, that according to gtar(1)
it does:
-G, --incremental
create/list/extract old GNU-format incremental
backup
