	When you download src-sets from ftp in order to get a complete
	src-tree, the release dir is missing as it is in none of the sets.
	Trying to make a release thus fails.

	The release-dir used to be in dest, but it seems to have been moved.

	In order to build a release, one needs to cvs update release, which
	seems to work.

	ftp <local mirror>
	<get all src-sets for -current>
	./ -r
	Either create a tarball for release or have one of the other
	tarballs include this directory.
