	pkgsrc/mk/emacs.mk does not handle the case of "emacs comes
	with the base system", as is the case with Mac OS X 10.2,
	which comes with GNU Emacs 21.1.1.

	Install pkgsrc/chat/zenicb and/or pkgsrc/chat/zenirc, and
	note that it decides it needs to install the emacs pkg,
	even though emacs exists in /usr/bin.
