Should this package have a default PLIST?

Build pkgsrc/textproc/groff on a OS other than netbsd or solaris.
I copied PLIST.solaris to PLIST.linux for my work-around.

It installed filenames without "g" program prefix
like PLIST.netbsd -- this was wrong for Linux.
It should be PLIST.netbsd as default.

For Linux the --program-prefix=g should be done (at least that
is what Debian has).

I think it would be better to have a default PLIST.
