Example:
> tar --exclude *Makefile* -tvzf /some/path/wmnetload-1.1.tar.bz2
tar: can not open *Makefile*: No such file or directory
Usage: tar [-]{crtux}[-befhmopqvwzHLOPXZ014578] [archive] [blocksize]
           [-C directory] [-T file] [-s replstr] [file ...]

While it should extract all files except those matching *Makefile* from
the specified file.
