>Description:
During the configure phase of shells/tcsh, the gcc buildlink2 wrapper
seems to drop some arguments to gcc, resulting in various functions not
being found.

from tcsh's config.log:
configure:1264: gcc -o conftest -O -I/usr/pkg/include -I/usr/pkg/include -Wl,-R/usr/pkg/lib -L/usr/pkg/lib conftest.c -ltermcap 1>&5
Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
tgetent /var/tmp/cczcus97.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to conftest

from .wrapper.log:
/usr/local/bin/gcc -o conftest -O conftest.c

I am using the bootstrap-pkgsrc kit.
