	The misc/bidwatcher does not require GNUmake; it builds just
	fine with /usr/bin/make.

	Look at noisy make output, comment out USE_GMAKE in Makefile
	and find bidwatcher still builds. It always has, btw; I've
	built quite a few times before from cvs sources.
