mount_mfs from 1.6 release. PPC.
>Description:
Previous releases of mount_mfs would examine the first parameter (if it was a device) to determine the size of the memory file system to create.

This feature (and the -T option) were removed in 1.6.

This makes it a pain when setting up TMPFS in a generic way.
