The menu there does not display which host will get deleted.
>How-To-Repeat:
Start sushi, go to
Sushi:Network related configuration:Modify the hosts file:Delete hosts entries
and choose a host either with tab (you won't see anything) or with the
F4 menu.
Tested in an X4.2.0-xterm of width 80, if it makes a difference.
