After executing Lynx and then exiting, I have no echo of my commands in the
shell. I can run commands fine, they are just not echoed. If it helps, I am
using gettext-lib-0.10.35nb1. Both Lynx and gettext where install from
precompiled packages, as I do not have comp.tgz installed.

Launch Lynx and then exit. This has worked for me in csh and bash.
