>Environment:

System: NetBSD u 1.5ZA NetBSD 1.5ZA #0: macppc
Architecture: powerpc
Machine: macppc
>Description:

I believe we have changed the package name for kern as kern-GENERIC.tgz
        which was simply kern.tgz
But local-directory selection at sysinst misleadingly warn the name problem as
+----------------------------
| /mnt2/r does not contain the mandatory installation sets etc.tgz,
| base.tgz and kern.tgz. Are you sure you've got the right directory?
+----------------------------
Although it is said like above, it will be fine if user say
+----------------------------
| c: Ignore, continue anyway
+----------------------------

>How-To-Repeat:

        (1) build snapshot for 20020114 (no x may be fine)
        (2) have boot.fs into floppy
        (3) boot from that floppy,
        (4) Have release(7) placed onto local directory of target machine,
        (5) start sysinst and choose Installation,
        (6) select local directory for the media
        (7) type local diretory path.
and you will get following message

/mnt2/r does not contain the mandatory installation sets etc.tgz,
base.tgz and kern.tgz. Are you sure you've got the right directory?

x What do you want to do? x
                         x x
                         x>a: Change directory path x
                         x b: Give up x
                         x c: Ignore, continue anyway x
                         mqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqj
         (8) Selecting c will continue without any problems.
