	When installing the snapshot and saying full install the
	install fails because it cannot find the xbase etc packages.

>How-To-Repeat:

	Try to install i386 snapshot and try full install. After
	fetching all the system tar files it fails to get the xbase
	etc tar files. If you say that you do not want to try again to
	fetch them the install will simply return to root menu, and
	after that you need to continue installation manually.

>Fix:

	If xbase etc is missing offer choise to skip missing tar files
	without exiting. Also it would be good to include xbase etc
	files to the snapshots also.
