Well that didn't fix/change anything -- indeed it seems ghostscript
still uses a "custom" copy of gimp-print, not the one installed in
pkgsrc (which is a good thing in at least some way, given that there's
no DEPENDS in print/ghostscript for it! :-)

What's with all this new gimp-print stuff in gs anyway?  Why do I want it?

I don't use GIMP (at least not yet!), and I don't have it installed.
Why does it have to be integrated as a driver within gs?  Why can't it
be kept a separate (optional) program?  I really do not like
non-optional "plugins"!  :-(
