When using a pcmcia ISDN card and then ejecting it, the isdnd is not
notified of the removable. The kernel ISDN subsystem will (depending on
exact timing) retry to access the S0 bus.

On a related note, it is not possible to start isdnd while the card is
not yet inserted - which should be possible.
