It's been about three weeks since I last got a good copy of the anoncvs
repository via rsync. This test still fails:

	file=pkgsrc/mk/bsd.pkg.defaults.mk,v
	for server in rsync.netbsd.org rsync.jp.netbsd.org ; do
            echo "===> ${server}"
	    rsync -W rsync://${server}/anoncvs/main/${file} /tmp/foo,v \
	    && rlog /tmp/foo,v
	done

with the following output:

	===> rsync.netbsd.org
	rlog: /tmp/foo,v:189: missing 'author' keyword
	rlog aborted
	===> rsync.jp.netbsd.org
	rlog: /tmp/foo,v:49: missing date
	rlog aborted

(Same results with or without "-W" flag.)
